Scott Paul, President
Scott is President and co-owner of Premier LogiTech where he manages day to day operations. He is directly involved in managing the company’s sales and customer relations management efforts. Prior to Premier, Scott served in several sales force development, revenue growth, operational improvement and leadership roles. He was Executive Vice President of Operations and Sales at Truckload USA, Inc., a privately held Supply Chain Management start-up. Prior to Truckload USA, Inc., Scott was Director of World Wide Sales for Chorum Technologies and held numerous sales roles for other technology companies including Digital Lightwave and Acterna. Scott also received advanced training in Civil Engineering from the Army Corps of Engineers where he attained rank of Major and trained soldiers for operations in both Iraq and Bosnia. He was awarded several Army decorations for outstanding service. Mr. Paul earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U. S. Military Academy and has an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas.
Rick McElrath, Vice President of Technology Services
Rick is Vice President of Technology Services for Premier LogiTech where he is responsible for the day to day execution of this division. He is directly involved in managing the company’s sales and customer service operations. Prior to Premier, Rick served in various customer service, business development, revenue growth, operational improvement and leadership roles. He spent more than 13 years at Dell where he held various roles in their Services group. Most recently, Rick held the role of Customer Executive/Service Delivery Executive at Dell, where he was responsible for the service execution for several Education/State & Local Government customers. Prior to Dell, he was Assistant Regional Manager at National Cash Register (NCR), where he was responsible for day-to-day operations of a six state customer service region. Rick also held numerous roles at AT&T in their Services division. Rick spent several years as an Engineer officer in the United States Army where he was awarded several decorations for outstanding service. Mr. McElrath earned a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the U. S. Military Academy.
James (Jim) Gammage, Director Federal Services
Mr. Gammage has over 30 years experience in management and technology consulting. The majority of the last 15 years of that career with several companies including Dell Inc, where he had responsibility for all operational support for Federal Sector customers in that sales segment with annual revenues of $2.3B. Throughout his career he has served in a number of executive management positions, including Sales, Sales Operations, International Operations and Services as well as global change management primarily in the high tech industry. He has extensive experience in strategic initiatives and operational responsibilities grounded in information technology and project management.
Mr. Gammage’s varied background also includes experience in Procurement, Logistics and Manufacturing. He has been involved with a number of company sizes/profiles over the years encompassing a wide range of industries. In addition to technology solution offerings he also has expertise in compliance and corporate governance, employee sourcing and recruiting, and professional development.
During his business career, Mr. Gammage was involved with a number of civic and charitable organizations. He served on the Board of Directors and was a founder of the local Youth Sports Association in his home town.
Mr. Gammage attended the University of Texas in Austin.
Brenda Rodriguez, Human Resources Manager
Brenda has over 20 years experience in management & recruiting. She serves as Premier Logitech’s Human Resource Manager. She received her Bachelor of Business Administration from Texas Wesleyan University. Throughout her career, she has served in number of executive management positions as a Regional Human Resource Manager, Human Resource & Safety Manager , Corporate Sales Trainer & Sr. Recruiter. We rely on her experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, employment law, interviewing, recruiting, supervising, development and training. She has strong interpersonal skills along with the ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Brenda is also a leader in her community and actively participates in many civic organizations.
