William L. Conley, CEO, The Bondurant Group, LLC.


As Chief Executive Officer of The Bondurant Group, LLC., a boutique consulting group, William “Bill” L. Conley, Jr. is one of the country’s leading experts in global logistics and supply chain management. In his current role, he is leading The Bondurant Group’s work with start-up and early growth firms in technology and the logistics service sector. His roles as Investor, Board Member, CEO and Advisor with various organizations has attributed to their development and growth. Most recently, Conley is also leading a federal research project on international e-waste management practices.

Prior to his current position, Bill was the President of ATC Logistics & Electronics (ATCLE) from 2002 to 2008 where he was responsible for the overall leadership and management of the company with revenues $370 million. During his tenure, Conley successfully led ATCLE through a 38% compounded annual growth over six years, enjoying 18 quarters of revenue and profit growth, moving the company from a private-label logistics firm serving a large national wireless company to a full-service, multi-location 3PL providing value-added logistics and supply chain services to some of the biggest names in high value, serialized consumer electronic devices. Under his direction, ATCLE became a company known for its superior quality, service and performance in the wireless, broadband, and high-tech industries. Acquired by GENCO two years ago, the organization now employs almost 3000 employees at its headquarters in Fort Worth, TX.

Prior to joining ATCLE, Conley spent 24 years with FedEx Corporation in various management roles of increasing responsibility and scope. His assignments included Vice President, Logistics and Electronic Commerce for Asia Pacific, based in Singapore from 1995 to 1999 and Vice President and General Manager, Europe, Middle East and Africa for FedEx Supply Chain Services based in the Netherlands from 1999 to 2001.

Conley received a bachelor’s degree in aeronautics from Parks College of Aeronautical Technology of St. Louis University.

A respected industry leader, Conley speaks on numerous topics from reverse logistics to supply chain management at various industry events. He is a member of the Wings Club, the Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals and the National Association of Corporate Directors. He has published articles on building e-commerce and integrated supply chain solutions in large-scale, high volume markets and served on numerous non-profit, civic and corporate boards.
