August 2015 Newsletter

Back to school starts early for us as we help school districts — like Plano, Frisco, Garland, Fort Worth and others — provision technology devices for their students. We have noticed several school districts are choosing to purchase tablets, Chromebooks, laptops and desktops. Like other computer devices, Chromebooks require “white glove services,” which include warehousing, asset tagging, setting up Google accounts and delivering for students to use in school. We’ve seen a surge in back to school work this summer, due to greater availability of funds, more demand for technology to prepare students for the future or increasing IT outsourcing. Premier also has seen growth with expansion to deliver such services in several states.

Our staff has “gone back to school,” too, so to speak — they are taking classes to improve their skills and industry knowledge, thanks to our partnership with the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) and Cedar Valley College.

Growing Strong – Q1 2015

We are happy to report that our growth continues, with Q1 2015 as the best quarter ever in the company’s 20 year history! Q2 and Q3 are looking strong as well, including an increase in our federal business, which we launched 18 months ago. We became a certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and engaged in more than 20 federal projects, including military, DCMA, VA, SEC and DHS customers. We would not be successful if it were not for our wonderful customers and dedicated employees. In this newsletter, we want to recognize a customer we support at Dallas/Fort Worth Airport (DFW). We will also recognize a few employees by sharing praise we have received from customers.

Watch Us Grow – Review of 2014

Reflecting on last year, we see growth in all directions. The primary goal was to increase our technology services, since configuration, deployment, asset management and staff augmentation are all areas of strength. We significantly expanded our imaging capabilities. In fact, the technology services are now half of our business. And our approach to combining technology and logistics is a differentiator of Premier LogiTech!

Other growth areas include winning our first telecom account as well as completing 18 projects in the federal government space. All of this while delivering over 100,000 systems to other segments.

Annual 2013 Newsletter

WHAT A YEAR!

As we end 2013 and enter the holiday season, the management and employees of Premier LogiTech have much to be thankful for. We have enjoyed another year of double digit growth, improved our systems, added key staff and expanded our service offering. We have also been recognized for our efforts by the DFW Minority Supplier Diversity Council and AT&T for our hard work. We look forward to building on the momentum created in 2013 as we approach 2014 and beyond.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS

Supplier of the Year – Premier LogiTech was selected as the Dallas/Fort Worth Minority Supplier Development Council (DFWMSDC) Class II Supplier of the Year. The award honors companies who have distinguished themselves through outstanding growth and development. The management team and employees made great strides in improving every aspect of the company’s operations. Premier was able to create and deliver very innovative solutions that have addressed our customers’ most challenging supply chain problems. Premier LogiTech received the prestigious award during DFWMSDC’s 40th Annual E-Award Gala at the Hilton Anatole in Dallas on November 15th , 2013.

Operation Hand Salute – Premier LogiTech completed Operation Hand Salute (OHS), a National Mentoring Program sponsored by AT&T for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Business Enterprises (SDVOB). This initiative serves to mentor a select group of qualifying CEOs toward improving their business operations and enhancing their ability to win corporate contracts. Premier LogiTech was one of
15 companies that complete 15 weeks of instruction. As a mentee and graduate, Premier LogiTech has the support of a “blue ribbon” task force comprised of SDVOB mentors, industry experts, and community leaders.

Newest Premier Team Member

Judy Joubert joins the Premier LogiTech team as our new Technology Solutions Account Executive. Judy comes to our company with over 13 years of sales experience at Dell, most recently as an Inside Sales Manager leading a team of 14 sales representatives covering a 10-state region. Her focus will be growing our IT services and resale business. Premier believes her strong sales, technology, and leadership background, as well as her recently acquired PMP certification, will be beneficial to our customers as we grow to support the needs of the marketplace. We are excited to add Judy to our team.

Buyboard Purchasing Contract

Premier LogiTech is proud to announce our recent win with the Buyboard Purchasing Coop for Dell Hardware.

Buyboard is a competitive procurement process, which will not only save customers time and money but will also save them the hassle of preparing bids.  Purchasing through the Buyboard allows members to receive additional savings in the form of an annual Cooperative Rebate based on their purchasing volume.  That’s money that could go right back into their technology funds for future purchases.

With over 4,000 members in Texas alone, it’s likely your customer is a member.

Behind our new name, comes a brand new website.

We are proud to present www.PremierLogiTech.com. Our new website focuses on what we do best, creating complete solutions for our customers.

As many of you may know we have expanded our technology-related service offerings to now include ICS services.  On May 11th, Premier Fulfillment’s name changed to Premier LogiTech . We have combined our logistics competencies with our Technology offerings, creating an unparallel service for our customers. Our company believes the new name enhances our business focus and illustrates our current and future service offerings for the Technology world.
