County Turns to Premier LogiTech for Break/Fix Support

A Texas county had technology challenges and needed a cost-effective, reliable solution. They turned to Premier LogiTech, and they’ve been a customer since 2012.

Up-to-date technology is critical to keep the county services running smoothly. They needed break/fix support on all hardware. In addition, they needed data migration, software applications loaded, and printers configured.  We supply managed services for 3,500 systems including 2,500 new system installations.  In addition, they turn to us to recover and warehouse all legacy equipment.

The county experienced faster uptime for end users for new installs and repairs. The county trusts Premier to handle the entire project end  to end, including all scheduling.
