Municipal Government Managed Deployment Case Study

A local city was frustrated with their prior vendor technicians—technical skills were lacking, professionalism was below par,  facility capabilities and program management were unsatisfactory. The customer  brought in Premier LogiTech. We have a happy customer we continue to service today.

More than 528 machines were to be deployed to several departments including Police, Fire, Courtroom, City Hall and Library. The project required a secured storage facility, strenuous background check of all technicians and good accountability of assets during the entire process. Technicians had to have exceptional soft skills as they dealt with end users including police officers and city elected officials.

We received the devices in our warehouse using our serialized inventory management system. We loaded Computrace and desk side software on 528 machines in one week. Those machines had to be installed at the customers’ desk top in less than a month. Technicians were then required to provide legacy asset disposal preparation services.  We transferred the legacy assets to disposal company

The project was a complete success. Premier received, loaded and delivered all assets on time. The deployment was completed on schedule. Less than .5% of assets experienced any issues and were replaced the same day. Premier maintained 100% inventory accuracy for both new and legacy assets. Premier is on its fourth year servicing this customer.
