Configuration & Provisioning — We deliver both large and small scale hardware and software configuration from our technology integration centers or at the customer site. Our solutions add value both inside and outside the device. We operate one of the largest systems integration facilities in North Texas, where we provide imaging, rack and stack, component upgrade, etching, RFID tagging and other services.

 

Managed Deployment — We save our customers money and time by handling every aspect of technology asset preparation and on-site delivery. . Our services include warehousing, staging, asset tagging, delivery, installation, data migration and trash removal. We track and report the status and location of systems throughout the process. Our “white glove delivery” service ranges from simple dock deliveries to complicated installations.

 

Asset Management — We leverage our logistics expertise to deliver superior asset management services. Our teams conduct technology asset inventories that greatly improve device accountability and visibility which helps our customers avoid unnecessary replacement purchases. Our proprietary asset tracking tool enables customers to know each device’s location and status long after we have completed the inventory. Our surplus and obsolete equipment disposition solutions include system de-install, data destruction, asset resell and recycle/disposal, ensure the safe, ethical and economic management of legacy assets.
 

Staff Augmentation — We have a pool of highly skilled technology professionals available to support customers’ immediate and long term technical project management requirements. Our staff capabilities and experience include installation technicians, project managers, network administrators, help desk, technical support and more. We conduct detailed and extensive background checks on all our personnel.

 

Managed Services — We can manage all of your telecom infrastructure and IT system repair and maintenance requirements. Our solutions include break fix, desk side software support, spare part management and help desk support. We can perform these services onsite or remotely. Our support agreements can be structured on a time and material or seats management basis
